Bethesda and Arkane Studios have unveiled gameplay of their sci-fi first-person action-adventure game, Prey, with a brand new trailer.
The trailer begins in the year 2034 with beautiful vistas of a space station as Morgan, the game’s protagonist, recounts his dreams of the intangible and dark forces that haunt them. Jump to the year 2035, those “dreams” become a “nightmare” as the dark forces come to fruition and torment the residents of the space station.
Prey will not be a re-release or recreation of the 2006 cult classic. According to Arkane Studios President, Raphael Colantonio, the game will be “a re-imagining of the IP.”
Prey is set to release in 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC
