Rating Summary: This is a survival-horror adventure game in which players help eight friends survive a serial killer at a mountain retreat. As players progress through the game, they explore the fully interactive environments, choosing a variety of action/decision-paths via on-screen prompts. Some choices can lead to depictions of intense violence and/or gore: characters shot in the head; characters cut in half by a saw blade; characters disemboweled or decapitated by a creature; a character forced to cut off segments of his fingers.
Large blood-splatter effects occur frequently as characters are killed or injured; some sequences depict blood stains in the environment and around corpses. The game includes some sexual material: dialogue that contains sexual remarks (e.g., “Let’s party like we’re f**king porn stars and make this one trip we will never forget” and ‘I mean if you’re not gonna bang her…maybe Mike’ll take up the case.”); a character looking at various sexual positions in a Kama Sutra book; a woman performing a striptease for a man, removing her clothes down to her undergarments. The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “d*ck” are heard in dialogue.
