Lots and lots of Super Smash Bros. content this time around.

Super Smash Bros. – Update 1.0.6

Super Smash Bros. update 1.0.6 will bring the following things:

  • Function to download DLC Content
  • Tweaked Character Balancing
  • Sharing functionality (Wii U only) – Share custom stages, replays, photos, Mii fighters, and much more with other players

The update will be arriving soon.

More Mii Costumes on the Way

On April 15th, you will be able to purchase new outfits for your Mii fighters. Each outfit will be available for the low price of $0.75 for one console OR $1.15 for both 3DS and Wii U.

Suggest a New Smash Bros. Character to Nintendo

Is there a character you had in mind that didn’t quite make the cut? Take it up with Nintendo! No, seriously! Nintendo is now taking suggestions for characters to put in Super Smash Bros! You can suggest a character at their Smash Bros Fighter Ballot.

Mewtwo Strikes Back! + One Additional DLC Character

Mewtwo joins the Super Smash Bros. fray! Players who were not able to register both versions of Super Smash Bros. on Club Nintendo (before April 1st, 2015) can still purchase Mewtwo as DLC for $3.99 on either 3DS or Wii U. OR they can spend $4.99 to have him on both consoles.

Those who registered both copies of Smash on Club Nintendo will receive their download code on April 15th.

While we’re on the subject of character DLC, let’s look at the new character making his way to the Smash roster this June.
